MBA - International Track The program combines theoretical understanding with practical experience and skill development. The program is flexible so that when choosing electives participants can tailor the program to their interests. All kinds of backgrounds accepted, which helps create an enriching and diverse batch of students from all around the world The case method is used extensively to reflect real world challenges, allowing participants to develop innovative solutions when problem-solving. Only 9 months of courses + 4-6 months internship : possibility to be away from the job market only for 9 months 2 learning expeditions MBA - Leadership and Coding Track The MBA in Leadership and Coding is a one-year MBA program based in Paris, designed for professionals with at least 3 years of work experience. The program aims to develop managers and change-makers with a cutting-edge learning journey combining state of the art business and coding courses. Building on a fully integrated program combining Management and Coding courses in two respective global leading institutions, the MBA in Leadership and Coding equips and inspires professionals who seek to understand the increasing complexity of a changing digital world in a career that leverages their analytical skills and their versatility in the language of both business and tech. MBA - Executive Track This program aims to position executives and managers towards sustainable and positive leadership. Designed for working executives, our Executive MBA provides them with a broader view of global business and equips them with the skills and the confidence to engage at a higher level towards a sustainable future. Participants are trained to become transformational and positive leaders with the aim of creating value sustainably. The IÉSEG Executive MBA enables them to make decisions in a global and systemic way, manage innovation and change while leveraging multicultural dynamics.

IÉSEG MBA

The IÉSEG MBA offers several tracks and provides you with an ideal setting to develop
capabilities for personal, organizational, and social transformation. The tracks offers you
the opportunity to customize your learning by focusing on a particular track depending
on your orientation and aspirations. At the same time, this design facilitates experiences
across the three tracks to enrich your learning.

MBA - International Track– full time / 12 months/ Paris
MBA - Leadership & Coding Track - full time/ 12 months/ Paris
MBA - Executive Track – part time / 16 months / Paris

MBA - International Track (12 months)

Program Structure: Combination of case-based method with real life examples. The program is made up of a combination of core courses (e.g. Global Corporate Finance, International Marketing), specialized courses (e.g. Innovation Management, International Human Resource Management), and elective courses (e.g. Luxury marketing). An Internship, Consulting Project, or a Master Thesis is required. Candidates are also required to create a Business Plan under the guidance of a practitioner-instructor as well as participate in a Business Game simulation.

Learning Expeditions: 2 learning expeditions abroad, one week each. The first one will be a whole hub Learning Expedition (with the two other tracks) and the second one will be with International track cohort only.

The MBA programs provides you with the tools to develop your skills, knowledge, and expertise for your next professional challenge. Alongside your peers you will receive guidance through small-group workshops and interactions with corporate professionals. On a personal level accredited coaches and tutors will support you throughout using a program developed to meet your specific needs. They will use proven tools and techniques to prepare you, not only for your next position, but for your entire career.

The IÉSEG Talent Program is available to support IMBA candidates as they prepare for the post-MBA recruitment process. Professionals from various firms in talent-acquisition will discuss their work, their recruitment processes, and the type of profile that gets noticed. Next, professionals will give workshops to help participants prepare the first steps in the recruitment process. One-on-one mock interviews and training sessions will provide practice for participants for recruitment sessions.

The IÉSEG Talent Program is available to support MBALC candidates as they prepare for the post-MBA recruitment process. Format and duration:

16 months part time: 4 days on campus every 6 weeks + online classes/sessions
