Data Sufficiency

If q is a six-digit integer between 200,000 and 201,000, what is the units digit of q ?

1. The remainder when q is divided by 5 is 4.

2. The tens digit of 2(5q + 1.5) is 9.

A) Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient to answer the question asked

B) Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient to answer the question asked

C) Both statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are sufficient to answer the question asked; but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient
