Usually, business schools are looking at the overall quality of the applications. You should aim to prepare an application package of the highest quality and achieve competitive test scores (GMAT/GRE and TOEFL/IELTS).
Although many business schools aim at diversifying their MBA class in order to ensure a rich learning environment, they will not compromise on the overall quality in order to enrol a student from a certain country or gender.
Keep a high standard. In this case only you can win some additional advantage with your gender or nationality.
Nationality and gender, however, may open to you opportunities for some targeted scholarships for example - for women in business, or for nationals of certain regions.
Let me know if you have other questions. I will be glad to advise you.
