About the course
Designing a new business model is one thing, but how do you actually put it into practice? How do you move from your current model to a new business model?
In this business and management course, you will learn how to make a practical action plan to implement your new business model.
You will create a business model roadmap that will include practical activities that take into consideration the possible risks associated with moving to a new business model.
You will also learn about the practical factors that need to be taken into consideration during the transition process, i.e. the competency of your people and your IT, in order to successfully implement a new business model.

About the instructors
Harry Bouwman is a professor at Åbo Akademi University (Finland) and associate professor at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft (the Netherlands). He specialises in Business Models, Business Model Innovation and Mobile Applications. He is co-coordinator for ENVISION, a European-wide initiative to bring business model innovation to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Mark de Reuver is associate professor at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft. He specialises in ICT platforms for enabling business model innovation. He is also co-coordinator for ENVISION.
Timber Haaker is senior advisor at InnoValor and senior researcher at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft. He advises public and private organisations on business models and innovation management. He is work package leader for tool development in ENVISION.
